The SBMR’s library is a comprehensive resource center, offering a diverse collection of both physical and digital materials to support academic and research needs. The collection includes printed books, e-books, periodicals, magazines, national and international journals, newspapers, CDs/DVDs, project reports, and conference proceedings. In addition to its extensive holdings, the library provides a quiet and spacious reading room, seamless access to e-databases, high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, and a fully-equipped digital library. Modern reprographic services, including printing and scanning, are also available for the convenience of students and faculty. The library is dedicated to fostering an enriching learning environment and is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality services tailored to the evolving needs of its users.

Library Rules
- Enter your name in the entry register before using the library.
- Store personal belongings at the Property Counter.
- Institute ID cards are mandatory for all library transactions.
- Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited inside the library.
- Maintain decorum, peace, and silence at all times within the library.
- Handle all library materials with care and avoid damaging them.
- No library material may be taken out without proper issuance.
- Reference materials, such as dictionaries and handbooks, cannot be checked out.
- Do not write in or mark any library books.
- Check books for any defects before borrowing and report issues to library staff.
- Overdue books will incur a fine of Rs. 5.00 per book, per day.
- Lost or damaged books must be replaced by the user.
- Report lost borrower cards to the librarian; a duplicate will be issued with a Rs. 50 fine.
- Violating any library rules may result in disciplinary action.
